Description:
After 16 years in the corporate environment, I am ready to acquire a turnkey, profitable business. All I need is funding to help with the down payment, which I predict to be around $100K to $250K. I am looking at owner financing to cover the rest; unless the terms and conditions of the investor are more favorable than owner financing.
Tell me the terms of your investment and your expected ROI. I will then target my acquisition criteria to match your conditions.
I am a performance based technology and business driven hands-on senior professional with 16 years of increasingly responsible U.S. domestic and international business and information technology leadership experience; recognized as a strategic business thinker, culturally adept, a visionary and innovative technical strategist, who can identify cost saving opportunities. Expert in using emerging and mainstream technologies and business practices to solve organizational opportunities, drive growth, improve productivity, and profitability.
I recently completed my undergrad in business management in February of 2009 and in October of 2011, I completed my master in business administration (MBA).
Thank you.
