Description:
I am an experienced entrepreneur, with a proven track record, based in Niagara Ontario looking to get back into some real estate projects and building a business relationship with a reliable investor. My end goal is to purchase a medium piece of land to develop a small subdivision in the Niagara area of Ontario that is targeted on the retirees and empty nester market place. However, in order to start a relationship and build trust between an investor or group I am proposing that we start by buying and flipping mid market houses. I have a very good working relationship with a general contractor who is eager to work on projects such as these, reliably and cost effectively. I also have very good relationships with a number of high profile RE agents in the area to liquidate projects in a timely manor with low fees. My goal is to quickly flip 2 or 3 houses so that a potential investor has limited risk, initial quick return and can gain trust in my projects and work ethic .
I have experience in land acquisition, zoning, and planning and project development and also have a very strong partner who is a local home builder & RE agent who can ensure a successful development project when the time is right.
I am not looking to make a lot of money from the house flips but am more interested in using profits to build up some capital that will allow me to make a substantial investment a larger development project.
