Description:
Looking for a partner to buy and rehab one house. This will require an investment of 60k. Several houses to choose from. Low cost/high return investment. I only work on projects that can be completed quickly, in areas where houses have shorter market times. Estimated return to investor 15k. The work and resale should be completed in 120 days. Investor paid immediately upon sale of property.
