My partners and I are looking for an investor to fund our first house rehabilitation project in the Palm Springs desert area. Our group consists of an architect, metal worker, general contractor and real estate agent.
We have identified out first target property which is available as a cash only sale for under $100,000 in a stable neighborhood with comps ranging from $150,000 to over $300K.
