We have a successful small group home serving seniors with dementia. We have a 6 bedroom, 3,400 square foot, ranch home, on an acre lot, in the middle of Bloomfield, Michigan. We provide 24/7 care, helping seniors with the adult daily living. We are licensed through the State of Michigan. We have over 10 years experience, with nearly 4 years at our current location. We are at full occupancy.
We are seeking financial support to buy 2 more luxury homes, to expand our business in the City of Bloomfield Hills, the top home market in the State of Michigan. We will license through the State of Michigan, and run both new homes as assisted living small group homes, serving seniors with some level of dementia.
Each home, at full occupancy, will net $75,000 in profit, after all expenses, including mortgage, taxes, etc... We are seeking a loan guarantee to purchase these homes on the open market.
