Description:
I've secured, a ten thousand square foot building, and 3 acres of land in a very prime area, and some equipment, but still need funding to get started.
IE: Remodel the current building, acquire equipment, permits, advertising, etc.

I have a great Idea, this will be one of the first multi level gyms to truly accommodate everyone. From your never lifted a weight before, joe six pack, to the serious bodybuilder, or martial artist.

I also have established trainers in the local area, already on board.
