RM Developments S.A need an investor partner to start up operations, very profitable business in the Adult Vacation segment, who will be able to provide $ 2.5 to 3.5 million as funding to start up the project. I am a former Hotel Manager with a degree in Business Administration. I have more than ten years of experience in this field, successfully owning and operating several small businesses. I have researched this opportunity for a very long time, now I am determined to see it through. The important factor that I am missing is the investment to start up a very profitable project. This is one resort located by the sea. I am already located in Panama to scout for potential properties, and have some pictures taken available upon request. I am willing to be on-site to oversee the project from start to finish, as well as doing some of the work on the project, taking care of the overall investment.
This business has unlimited potential, and is an amazing opportunity for the right person. It is possible to build a chain of hotels of this sort in exotic locations.
