Description:
Imagine a place that people in the community can gather for that delicous cup of Joe, a nosh on an array of pastries, and listen to live music being played on stage. Or, a place that you can host your family gathering from weddings, bridal showers, corporate meetings/banquets, the lists is endless.

The place is already fully built; coffee bar, entertainment, and banquet center. With the right TLC to bring the place back to life again, all that is needed is $100k to cover equipment, marketing, initial inventory, a few months rent, permits to operate, and working capital in order to get the ball rolling.

I'm flexible with the number of investors. We can divide this with 10 investors at $10k each, and let's say earn a favorable return of 5% simple annual interest/paid quarterly, with the option to the proprietor to pay back investment at any time to the angel, minimum of 1 year. Actaul terms may be discussed with serious inquiries.

At this time, I'm unable to present actual photos of the venue as I've signed a confidentiality agreement. Once, I've secured the angel investors to make this a go, I will be able to open the doors.
