My name is Cheryl Rieves and I’m Vice President of a company called, I.C. Productions, Inc. We wanted to talk to you about a new club we have the opportunity to open here in Delray Beach, Fl. We are looking to do something different here in Delray Beach. There are no R&B Hip Hop clubs here in Delray Beach. There are a few restaurants that after 9pm turn into a club but play “House” music only. Everyone is tired of House music and the owners don't want to accommodate the customers, so people go to West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. Then they worry about coming home and getting DUI's.
We found the perfect place in downtown Delray Beach. It used to be a club for live music only and they didn't want to have DJ's so they really didn't make out. We want this club called “Club Delray” to be 25+ years old but will have a college night with "Hot Body Contest", Comedy, Reggae, a Gospel night once a month, Jazz, and of course R&B, Hip Hop, plus live entertainers for special events come to Delray. The building is 8000 sq. ft and has just been renovated with Pine Bars and even brand new air conditioning and roof. It has a stage with a green room, VIP Lounge with separate restrooms, elevator for handicap, and much, much more.
We are trying to find investors that would be interested in investing in our new endeavor. I have just finished a full business plan for “Club Delray”. I will be very happy to send this to you if you are interested. You can understand I don’t want to send our business plan to just anyone only to investors that are really interested.
This is a major opportunity for Delray Beach, it will bring back money to Delray which is much needed, and stop people from going to Miami, Ft. Lauderdale or other places to find great entertainment. It will bring a higher level of social life to the luxury end with no riff raff. It is 8,000 sq ft and it will be the biggest, and hottest nightclub that ever hit Delray Beach, especially with the different theme nights and entertainers that will be coming to Club Delray.
