Description:
We are currently seeking funding to purchase a Water Park and Family Entertainment Center in Northern Ohio. The property is profiting, although currently owned by the bank. We have preliminarily planned to expand the park over the first five years to ensure a ROI for Investors. We plan to repay the initial investment incrementally over a ten year period.
We are seeking $500,000. $400,000 is for the deposit on a mortgage of $2 Million for the property, and $100,000 for working capital to start the operation for the first six months. The current listing price for the venue is $2.1 Million; however, the owner is willing to negotiate. We are confident that our company will obtain a solid return on investment in the first year and that investors will break even prior to the ten year repayment.
