Description:
This restaurant/entertainment/business center project is a 7500 sq. ft custom log structure with 28 ft. ceilings, fireplace, bar, banquet room, meeting room, outdoor dining and entertainment, beautiful landscaped grounds and water features. There will also be a custom log home that will house a national real estate company and will be a business center and accommodate up to 20 agents. Tour bus parking and valet parking will be available. The inside of the restaurant will be furnished by a design team which will change every quarter for a new, fresh look. There will be income from renting space to an architect, realtors, in-house lenders, possibly a bakery. Wine tasting and private wine lockers will be offered. Outside dining and entertainment in the warm months on a weekly basis will be offered.
