EcoSurfari is a business dedicated to providing a blend of pristine surf, relaxation and outdoor activities in a socially responsible and durable green design environment. We are focused on like-minded surfers, outdoor enthusiasts and their families, providing them with affordable accommodation and the option of fractional real estate ownership in a portfolio of “green luxury” properties located alongside some of the world’s premier surf spots. Lodges will be established in strategic locations allowing all levels of surfers to enjoy great waves. These properties will be Eco / Surf / Yoga Lodges – each will have the same core vision and value, giving our customers the option of several locations to choose from.
The Companies goal is to create a sustainable, profitable business, with an emphasis on educating the surrounding less privileged communities and improving their lifestyle while minimizing the environmental impact. The goal is to partner with foundations & individuals who share the same mindset.
Each lodge will fall under the umbrella of EcoSurfari LLC. The architecture and materials will ensure minimal impact on the surrounding environment and will rely on alternative energy power sources as much as possible.
The bungalows and houses will be Luxury Green designs, and EcoSurfari is working with one of the most respected architects in Central America in this field.
At the moment we are negotiating to procure 8.23 acres of beachfront and non-beachfront property in Nicaragua. Nicaragua will be the first project and the success of this lodge will pave the way for future projects. Other potential locations include Panama, Fiji, Bali, Costa Rica and Hawaii to name a few.
