Brief information about the project:
The area of 16.4 square kilometers with pure ecological environment, that includes a lake, an island, a number of small hills, a wetland area and reservoirs, will totally require about USD 2 billion to develop. The wetland’s geographical diversity and wide range of flora and fauna give a great opportunity to make the place a unique tourist destination. Investors have a wide array of opportunities to invest in under this project including construction of hotels, business centers, exhibition halls, a sports stadium, golf estates, villas, retail outlets, etc.

The concept is to develop a tourist eco-resort on the wetland area of Lushunkou district, which would be an attractive and suitable destination for up-market visitors. The main aim of the project is to create benefits for the country’s national tourism industry and more specifically for the communities living around the area through the provision of a sustainable tourism product. To achieve this the Dalian Dragon Lake Wetland Developmenmt and Construction Co., Ltd. is looking for partners or investors to operate on one or more busines opportunities.
Investment cost: USD 3,5 – 7 million
The Dalian Dragon Lake Wetland Developmenmt and Construction Co., Ltd. is seeking equity investment of USD 3,5 – 7 million that will comprise about 25% - 50% of the total company’s equity. There is an option for potential investors to negotiate and agree on reasonable terms for a shareholding agreement as well as for profit rates.
The project is expected to boost the tourism infrastructure in particular and economic prosperity of the district in general, protect ecological resources of the area, enhance regional grade, provide job opportunities and foreign currency. A “manage and operate” concession is envisioned for this project.
