Description:
Need an investor/partner to start up operations, very profitable business in the Vacation Ownership , who will be able to provide 600.000 as funding to start up the project. I ve been selling timeshare for 5 years and i'm in the hotel indunstry about 12 years.The important factor that I am missing is the investment to start up a very profitable project. This is one resort located by the sea in Salvador de Bahia , I have some pictures taken available upon request. I am willing to be on-site to oversee the project from start to finish, as well as doing some of the work on the project, taking care of the overall investment and be part of the sales side.
