WE are a Buffalo-based brewing company that creates high-quality beers for the WNY market. We would now like to begin the process of raising capital and begin to build this brewery. These new products include four year round beers and four seasonal beers, produced in a historic firehouse in an up and coming neighborhood on Buffalo's historic west side. We strongly believe that there is a need in the market for these products, especially since there are only two competitors within the WNY market.
We are seeking $450,000 to purchase real estate and equipment; legal fees; restoration of the firehouse; and raw materials for the first six months of production. This capital will be invested throughout the entire brewery. We are confident that our company will obtain a solid return on investment within two years and that investors will break even within five years. Thank you for considering our funding request.
