Service firm looking for expansion fund

Dear All,

I am currently a full time employee of a Micro Finance in Cambodia and I also partially own a business that provides services as following:
- Doing Shop-sign, Light Box, Sign-Board, Advertising Board, Billboard, from Zinc, Aluminum Composite, Fiber glass ( I hold my own production these work...)
- PVC and Offset Printing ( I sub contract with others...)
- Interior Decoration ( Sub contract...)

I am now looking for a fund , 30,000 USD - to 50,000 USD to expand this business and I will resign from my current position, end of this year, to hold this company. I already analyzed. it's really a good opportunity for me and It may create some jobs for my community.

I will use this loan for:
- buying PVC printing machine,
- Expand interior decoration division
- Create and host my company website
- Rend and renovate new office
- Purchase a truck and some more equipments and material
- Remanding amount will be kept as working capital

I would like to get a loan with loan term from 3 year and up, if possible, and balloon repayment.
