Description:
I am starting a music social network website where users can discover new content from indie musicians. Users can also create ringtones from indie artist’s music and from YouTube and dailymotion videos.

I would like to create new features for the website to enhance the user experience. These features include implementing a point system where users can earn points for their activity on the website. These points will be converted to a virtual currency where the user will be able to purchase content on facebook and iTunes. In addition to the points system we will also like to develop a game for facebook and a mobile app.

I am seeking $10,000 to create and market our new products.

I am offering 20% equity in the company for a $10,000 investment or (2) angels for $5,000.

10% shares each.
