Description:
I know it may seem odd to "raise" $4,500, but it is what it is. I am financially tied up, and thus I am just going to go for it and take on an investor. Here is the deal.

As of 2010 the market for iPhone applications will reach US$1b dollars. I know essentially everything there is to know about this business. I know how to develop and market applications. I understand what niches there are to be filled. I understand the process of navigating the Apple bureaucracy and getting apps approved. That said, here is what I am looking to do:

I want to develop iPhone applications that cater to right-wing America. Sarah Palin-loving, anti-Obama, hardcore conservative Americans. I am not going to disclose the specificities of the application I want to develop, but THAT is the market. It is specific, targeted, and there are many ways to capitalize upon this demographic. There are apps that this demographic will (and do) pay for. This demographic, right-wing America, will pay upwards of $3.99 for an application that caters to them, while many others, myself included, will rarely pay more than $0.99 for an app.

Thus, this is a huge opportunity with a potentially huge return. It is an extremely low-risk venture. Remember, you are investing in 1) a brilliant idea and plan, and 2) competent management (me).

The developer I am using has developed over 10 iPhone apps and is well versed in all sorts of software technologies.

I want to raise at least $1,700 in the next two weeks, ideally the next week, so that I can pay my developer his up-front fee and that he can start working. If I raise this money, at least $1,700, by this Monday (which would be ideal), we can have the app submitted to Apple by January 2nd. It will take him no more than 7 days to develop the app. Thus, by the end of January it will be in the app store (latest), and it WILL be a home run. I know how to market these things.

Please respond. Take a minimal risk in an industry with over 10m iPhone users, and let''s hit a home run.
