Description:
Our site is a community service engine and not another social network. We have a national market reach and three years of development completed. Our site is a media model to replace the dinosaur print media, a social network that brings clubs, groups and local organizations together in one design, and most lastly a robust and heavy lifting service engine for small and local businesses. Oh, we are also the most giving fundraising service in the country.
Unlike most media and social networks, we build our business revenue model first, and we are in the last few weeks of finalizing this. This means break even is reached much sooner. We are looking for the right investor to get a 20% ownership of the business for $200.000. Funding would be used to start building our community blog media and our social networking. Meanwhile, we will start to move out into the market at the same time. We made our first two sales two weeks ago with businesses knowing we were not ready.
More can be revealed to the right investor. See the two attachments and make contact for more info. We are formed as an LLC with 100 units of ownership. This is a very clear cut deal, no watered down shares and no securities or stock is being sold. This is a buy into owning a part of our company. Our team is highly visionary with skills to pull it off and we do not have any plans for taking on any other partners after this point. We will ask for a buyout clause once we reach an agreed exit agreement set forth at the start.
