Description:
We are seeking an angel investor to provide seed funding to help us do the following:
1) Complete preclinical package to take compound through Phase I clinical trials.
2) Set up small contract research and development facility to bring in revenues to help fund our internal research.
3) Find a partner to take project once Phase I/II clinical studies have been completed.
