Description:
I am looking for Seed funding on a liquor store in the state of CT. The state of CT has all there Liquor and wine prices set by the state that they call State MIN, what that means that every store is entitled to make a profit on every product no matter what! I am currently the GM of a 7000sf Liquor Store that does 2.6 million annually. I was hired three years ago when the store was doing 1.8 million and I brought it up to the 2.6 million on track for the fiscal year 2010. I have a marketing plan I put into full effect. I want to buy my own store and keep building more and then one day franchise the stores. I want to create my own brand and I need the help only on the funds side. The Liquor industry had been on incline that surpasses like none other. It makes up for 7% of the sales annually in the USA. The liquor is recession-proof and always has a lot of upside to it. Everybody needs to have liquor, wine or beer if for them self or being social. I am currently looking at two high volume stores, both doing annually 2.5 m. They won't last, respond fast!
I am looking to get seed funding to open my liquor management company that will manage liquor stores nationwide with the name I have created. We will use the same system for every store so they all will be profitable and great ROI. We won't need to buy the whole store only half, that means 51% and they will pay us $2000 a month to manage the store monthly. There is a lot more then this to make it very profitable, send me a message to learn more!
