EsoTechnologies Inc is a start-up medical company with a strong, experienced management team, a revolutionary new cardiac monitoring device and six issued patents. Our new esophageal cardiac monitoring device is designed to replace the highly invasive and risky pulmonary artery catheter (PAC). The medical literature states that up to 45,000 serious complications, including death, occur each year due to PAC use. We are very far along for a start-up. Our prototypes will be completed by mid-April and we have 3 clinical locations in place to do our initial testing.
The market for our device is over $1.0 Billion annually. The PAC replacement market in the US alone is $250Million.
We require the funding now to complete the clinicals, complete the final product design and seek a large corporate partner. It is very conceivable that we could have an exit with 18-24 months.
