Description:
We seek capitol to further fund our start up. Products include analytical instruments for environmental water quality measurements, laboratory analysis and field measurements.

Investors will enjoy a rapid return once these new products are launched at the next Pittcon 2010 and a revenue stream is established. The products are ready for sale and marketing to a broad range of users in industrial waste water management, potable water testing, agricultural testing, compliance monitoring, commercial water and wastewater testing laboratories and other entities.

What is needed is a more capitol to complete the infrastructure for the sales, marketing and after-sale support efforts.

First year revenues are expected to exceed $1MM USD.
