Description:
My Name is Nick and i am the majority Owner of a valet parking company. We currently have 7 accounts and 15 subs working for us in Northeast Ohio. We have been in business for 14 years and have done fairly well for ourselves. We have 3 partners in the business and i am the majority owner at 60%. I am looking for Expansion funding to market our services to more country clubs, restaurants, wedding halls, etc. WE also have alot of internals like uniforms and signage that i would like to update. Our reputation with our current accounts and the cities we work in are highly regarded. WE can provide reference letters and prospective income letters to go along with the transaction. One of are restaurants is willing to forward monthly payment for 12 months over to investor and we can provide 20% return on investment in one year. ($7200 for $6000 Loan) $600 a month. Please let me know if there is an interest out there. Id like to work on this fairly quickly, thank you
