I am looking for an investor to fund a project of a full service truck stop food, fuel and truckwash at a high volume intersection with over 23000 vehicles per day 75% trucks It is within 1/2mile of the interstate with a volume of 167000 vehicles daily over 50000 trucks pass daily and three large industrial parks with over 700 companies within a 1/2 mile radius I am offering up to 70-30 profit split with investor 70% to investor until investment is satisfied. this site is shovel ready we have plans and local approval a bplan and exec summary are available. THERE ARE NO OTHER TRUCK PLAZAS WITH IN A 50 MILE RADIUS no competition Total investment needed $3 million usd. numbers show approx. 10 million gross the first year up and running
